The African Burial Ground is a historic place.This place showed how Africans were sold to white men for man labor.This all started in New York.In New York ,slavery had ended in1827.In that time the burial ground was closed.The project on the African Burial Ground began in 1991.Also that was the same year that the African Burial Ground was rediscovered. Archaeologists discovered that there were 400 bodies including men,women,and children.This happened by the way Africans were.Today the monument featuring a distinctive memorial that commemorates and communicates the story of the African Burial Ground.In the african burial ground 200 bodies were never moved.
But there were many bodies that were moved to different places on the grounds.

Also, look out for subject-verb agreement: "Today the monument featuring..."
